If you could wash the bead first with raw milk and then with ganga jal before wearing it then it will be great, if not then you can simply wear them around your neck after chanting “OM NAMAH SHIVAYA” 108 times.

Can I wear Rudraksha while sleeping?

Yes you can wear them while sleeping. In fact it is recommended to wear Rudraksha beads 24*7 however if you find them uncomfortable to wear during sleep then you can remove them and wear them again in the morning. It won't have any negative impact but to get the maximum benefits, wear them 24*7.
